Devs overhyping is understandable because it works. Gamers should work on seeing through the hype and being more skeptical. Humans in general have a problem with doing that with everything.
If the two month delay possibly means that the PC version won't be a crappy port, then so be it. Look at a lot of other games this year that had problematic PC launches, released on the same day as console. Maybe Rockstar doesn't want to release a piece of crap on PC. GTA 4 was badly optimized so I'd like to think they aren't making the same mistakes again. This is also a game that will be modded a lot so they might be making it Steamworks compatible and mod user friendly.

PS4 is probably the lead platform, that's why the PT came only to PS4, and I could see it being a timed exclusive at best. There'd no way it's not coming to XBO later, and PC. 3rd party/full exclusivity is rapidly dying, which is good. Make your own games console companies!
